Sunday 7 June - Taste itinerary in Frasso Sabino (RI) close to Rome

Hello everybody!
Here I am, far away from Dublin: I'm in Italy right now and I'd like sharing with you this food event in a little town close to Rome (just an hour by car)

This Sunday 7 June in Frasso Sabino (RI) you can taste amazing cheeses and artisan beers from this nice town on the Sabini Mountains.

The farmer market “Piazza del Contadino” of Frasso Sabino will offer you amazing artisan products of the tradition.

Artisan beer and delicious cheeses will be the main characters of the event: high quality, natural and super tasties.

Here the programme:

• 10 a.m. -  Urban gardens: children and families will plant tipical vegs and legums of the territory.

• 12 a.m. "Taste workshop" - The farm “De Santis Francesco” will make typical cheeses and ricotte using traditional techniques and after it will offer a taste itinerary to everyone. 

• 1 p.m. "Traditional Lunch"  - Italian chefs will offer a gourmet menu with a lot of traditional ingredients like the beer "ReAle di Borgorose" and the pecorino cheese of Vallecupola.
